I bought the tombstone three days before the funeral and it was delivered, erected as promised the day before the funeral. There was communication every step of the way with regards to changes to be made after getting a sample of what the tombstone as per our designs will look like, till delivery. Tombstone Foundations (T&Cs)

  1. Tombstone foundation installations for funerals require orders to be placed at least 5 days prior to the requested installation date.

  2. For unveilings, the unveiling date must be specified at least 2 weeks before installations can take place.

  3. Installations may be delayed by rainy weather; families are kindly asked to be understanding of any weather-related postponements.

  4. All installations are subject to availability of materials and scheduling. Installation timelines and availability depend on the distance from our Ezibeleni, Queenstown factory.

Custom Funeral Programs (T&Cs)

  1. All program printing is done on Thursdays each week.

  2. Families must submit the obituary and order of service by Wednesday at 16:30 to ensure same-week printing.

  3. Programs are subject to availability of materials and printing capacity. (Which is applicable to all printable free items)

  4. Obituaries and orders of service should be sent in typed format—either as a document or a clearly written WhatsApp message. High-quality images are strongly recommended for a polished, professional-looking program.

A1 Canvas Portrait (T&Cs)

  1. Subject to availability. (Which is applicable to all printable free items)

  2. High-quality photos are highly recommended to ensure the best printing results.

  3. All printing takes place on Thursdays, images must be submitted by Wednesday at 16:30 to allow time for design and client approval.
